Return & Refunds Policy

Our mission is to provide you with the perfect  exotic animal pet which will be right for you and your family.

Hope you will be pleased with your purchase from, however, if the pet doesn’t live up to your expectations, you can return it at your own expense and risk. As we will only be responsible for the cost of returning your order if there has been an error in processing your order on our part, otherwise return postage costs will need to be paid by the customer.

If within 3 days of purchasing your new monkey, you must take him/her to a licensed veterinarian for an examination. If the veterinarian determines, within 3 days of purchase, that your monkey is clinically ill or has died from an injury sustained or illness likely to have been contracted on or before the date of sale and delivery.

1) Return the monkey for a complete refund
2)Return the monkey for a replacement monkey of equal value
3)Retain the monkey and receive reimbursement for reasonable veterinary fees, not exceeding the purchase price

Please ensure the animal is returned to us in perfect condition as unforeseen circumstances would negate your right to cancel or return the animal. If you wish to return the animal please follow the steps below:

  • Inform us by email within 14 days of receiving your animal.
    Let us know your reason for returning the the animal.
  • Let us know if you require us to refund your money or exchange your animal
  • Return the animal(s) in the original packaging complete with all original documentation and labels to our address.


The animal should be returned to us no later than 28 days from receipt by recorded delivery with insurance paid, we cannot be held responsible and offer refunds for lost or missing the animal. We will let you know by email that we have received the animal and process your return immediately. Your statutory rights are not affected. We will process your refund by the same means with which you made payment.
